Volunteers are looking forward to get back to work after lockdown

Volunteers are looking forward to getting back to normal at The Heartland once lockdown is lifted.
The full complement of volunteers can return every Thursday to undertake the essential caring duties to maintain the herds.

During lockdown the same high standard of care was provided for the animals. We are behind with general maintenance and on-farm duties that do not affect the donkeys. Hoping to catch up when all hands are on deck.

If you are able to volunteer on Thursday mornings with maintenance skills or hands-on donkey work please phone or text Christine (field operations manager)
